Rod and Pearl have now returned to the UK having been working with the Salvation Army School over in Brazil for the last few years. Please pray for them as they re-adjust to life over here and especially for Pearl’s health at this time.

Pray for Heather as she spends Christmas here in England. Please pray for guidance for future plans and that this time would be restful and refreshing and also encouraging for her.

Please pray for us as we move house. The move is not exactly what we intended to do at this stage, but we feel for a variety of reasons, that God is in it. I (Christine) am in the UK, sorting this out at the moment, leaving Ross to do a lot more of the teaching by himself in Taiwan – please pray for him at this busy time.

Lucy Bailey asks for prayer for:

• Guidance – In the coming weeks a decision has to be made which city I will be based in for the next two years.
• Accommodation – I will need to find living accommodation – ask that I would live in the right place, with the right people, in the right province.
• Relationships: For good friendships to start to form with locals in the coming months as I begin language learning.
• Protection – I have been in some interesting situations in the last couple of weeks, involving certain political representatives and explosive devises.

There is a re:group Christmas party on the 17th at the Rock, with bouncy castle, team games, and Christmas decoration making, plus there is a dress up as Santa theme! That’s right people, get those Santa hats out from the back of your wardrobe! Invite your school mates! £2 per person on the door and don’t forget to bring consent forms back if you took one home from the last time. New Term dates: Jan 14th, 28th Feb 11th, 25th Mar 11th, 25th April 8th.

Provisional dates for seek:er for next term are given below, providing there is enough interest. Seek:er will continue after the Easter holidays. Jan 28th-Launch party Feb 4th, 18th Mar 4th, 18th Apr 1st
