God Sightings: Mark Bailey 31st January 2011 AM

Main prayer request for me at the moment is that I am co-leading and currently in the midst of organising my first 2 school field trips. Both trips are in February – Year 7 (South coast of Bangladesh) and Year 8 & 9 (North East coast of Bangladesh). Pray that we would all stay well on these trips; that our journeys would be safe and our transport reliable throughout; that the teachers patience will be sustained and that opportunities to share our faith and love for Jesus would arise on many occasions particularly when in conversation with students of different faith backgrounds.

I know that 2011 for me is a year of transition and I know that very soon, I need to make some really important decisions. The other thing is that myself, and other missionaries at the moment, really feel under attack spiritually. Please pray!

Recently a number of new videos and podcasts have been posted on our website, which you may not have noticed. Of course there are the podcasts for the latest Sunday talk series. Also posted on that page are the four talks from the important “Shareholders” series from last Autumn – if you haven’t heard them (or need to remind yourself) why not have a listen?

New on the site are the first few talks from an occasional series at Thursday “Hungry for God” evenings. There are alsotalks from the Alpha course online and videos of the talks.

Another two videos worth looking at are from our HeartHeadHands Worship Conference last year: Kenny Borthwick speaking memorably in a way which touched many hearts – here’s the page. Finally, there is a video of Heather Bellchamber and others talking about the importance of prayer.
