Home team areas of responsibility include Welcome & Integration, Clusters and Small Groups, Family courses (Marriage, Marriage Prep, Parenting), Discipleship/other training courses and events, Pastoral care and support.

The Home Team Intern will have contact with a large, diverse group of people – church members, newcomers and visitors. As part of a small team, you will help co-ordinate the Home team events and training courses. The role is essentially one of administration and organisation. There is particular focus on organising and developing the process of welcoming new people into the church; from initial contact (the welcome desk) through to church integration.
