The Ops Intern will be involved in behind the scenes support of a wide variety of ministries as well as enabling the four services on a Sunday to happen. There are also the logistical challenges of operating flexibly in four buildings, providing hundreds of meals a week, managing a budget in excess of £1million, and working alongside 50 staff and many more volunteers. This role can be one of administration, practical hands-on support of the various activities of the church, or logistical thinking and may lead to designing and implementing projects for Trinity Cheltenham.
