what is alpha?

Alpha is for anyone interested in exploring questions of life and spirituality. We spend 10 evenings considering some of the big questions in life including:
“What can I really believe?” ”Does prayer work?”
“Who is Jesus?”  “Is there a God?”
Supper is served from 7:30pm, followed by a short talk and informal group discussion, often carried on in the pub afterwards

Where: Trinity Church, Portland Street, Cheltenham
When: The next course will be every Tuesday for 10 weeks from 8th May 2012 with a weekend away Friday 29 June – Sunday 1 July 2012. There is a Launch Supper with the boxer Nigel Benn on Friday 27th April (tickets £5 from Julie Keyte alpha@trinitycheltenham.com)
