Women 4 Women
What is Women 4 Women?
The idea behind Women 4 Women is to gather women together to help other women through various projects and different initiatives. We’re excited to be using money generated by last year’s ‘Advent Create’ women’s event to support various community projects here in Cheltenham and with our mission partners in Kericho, Kenya.

Coffee Morning For Kericho Women
In Kenya there is an urgent need for basic sanitary products. Here in the UK, we are so blessed to have a wide variety of safe sanitary products available to us in stores. But, sadly, that is not the case in Kericho, Kenya – sometimes Kenyan ladies just have to make use of whatever rags they can find! So we want to respond to this basic need and bless our Kenyan friends with sanitary products that they can use easily and safely.
Through this project, we aim to make 1,000 washable, re-usable fabric sanitary pads which will give Kenyan women the freedom to go about their normal lives every day of the month. And we’d really love YOU to be a part of it!
Come along to our coffee morning on Saturday 14th July to hear what life is really like for Kenyan women in the Kericho Diocese. We will also show you how to make these sanity pads and you can sign-up to help make them. Maybe you’re not the best at sewing but perhaps you could work as team with other women and contribute by cutting the fabric or helping to package them? There are many different ways to get involved in this initiative and help other women out.
