Growing in community:

Are you wanting to grow your character and foundations to look more like Jesus and more like who God created you to be? Come and join us for a year full of opportunities to be equipped! There are two options to be part of the FORM community for those who are called into leadership in all spheres. Scroll down to find out more...

For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.

2 Corinthians 3:17-18

FORM: Foundations

Full Time for 18-23-year-olds - Starting 4th September 2022

The programme is carefully crafted for those who are aware of their influence and have leadership potential. It includes teaching (centred around growing character and faith), mentoring, serving primarily in an area of ministry that there is a particular passion around, as well as serving in the local community. There is also the opportunity for a mission trip overseas.

Author Pete Scazzero describes ‘Rule of Life’ as:

an intentional, conscious plan to keep God at the centre of everything we do. The starting point and foundation of any rule is a desire to be with God and to love him.

Developing a healthy ‘Rule of Life’ is an important part of the year, and from September, the group will create their own as they grow in community together.

FORM: Frontlines

Part-Time for all ages - Starting 18th September 2022

This is for those who are wanting to grow their faith and relationship with God intentionally through a year in the community but need to combine the programme with other commitments. Also grounded in helping you develop a healthy rule of life, the programme is designed to fit alongside Monday to Saturday living.

Further information and application form to follow soon.

Please see our here for details of the next sessions

For all ages

The Trinity Learning Hub is our umbrella under which sits all our courses and teaching sessions throughout the year. This is an opportunity for anyone from the Trinity and St Paul’s family, of any age, to come and learn together.

More information will be released closer to the start of term.

Teaching time for those on the FORM programme is on a Tuesday morning and Thursday evening.

Thursday evenings begin with a meal with all those who are at the Trinity Learning Hub evenings, with time to pray and worship together before the teaching session. In addition to term-time teaching, there are retreats booked through the year.

There are three books and short practical assignments throughout the year with time scheduled into the weekly timetable for study.

As part of FORM, we have a number of opportunities for you to serve as part of a ministry you are passionate about for 20 hours of your week throughout your year with us (there will be some holiday time available for you to use throughout the year outside of term time).

Click on each of the tabs below to find out more!

There are other placement options that we are currently working to make available as we get closer to September, including working with other churches and local organisations. If there is an area of ministry that is on your heart, we'd love to hear about it, even if it's not listed above.
