Life Groups Coordinator

At Trinity, we love our Life Groups! Our current LG Coordinator, Nicky Jacklin, will be moving into a new role on 1st January. We're looking for someone to come and support our Life Groups on a voluntary basis, temporarily, for the first few months of 2026. In consultation with the Senior Leadership Team, you will be:

• Temporarily overseeing Life Groups coordination, helping to action the vision and strategy for Life Groups, enabling a ‘mixed economy’ of group expressions that collectively form the heart of Trinity’s community

• Providing practical and administrative support to existing Life Group Leaders 

• Working with the team to promote and encourage Life Group participation within the church, coordinating with existing and new church members to identify and place them into groups

We're looking for someone who is:

• Mature in their faith and well established within the Trinity Church family

• Experienced in working with volunteers and a strong team player

• A proactive self-starter with strong administrative and coordination skills, able to prioritise effectively and work both independently and collaboratively. 

• A great communicator spoken and written, and able to be discreet and wise.

While it is a flexible role, we're looking for a commitment of a minimum of six hours a week across several days. If you feel this could be for you, please contact Marion David before 15th December.
