Students & Young Adults Pastor (Full - Time)
Salary: £28,297
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, over 52 weeks a year
Location: Trinity Cheltenham
We are looking for a passionate and gifted Students & Young Adults Pastor to lead and grow our ministry among students and young adults.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and invest in the spiritual lives of the next generation. We are seeking someone with a genuine heart for discipleship and a passion for creating welcoming, life-giving communities where students and young adults can encounter Jesus, deepen their faith, discover their God-given gifts, and be equipped to serve others.
The successful candidate will provide vision and leadership for both ministries, inspire and develop volunteer teams and create engaging opportunities for outreach and discipleship. A important part of the role will be cultivating strong partnerships with local organisations, including the University of Gloucestershire Christian Union, Fusion, and churches across the town.

Is passionate about seeing young adults thrive in their relationship with Jesus
Has experience leading students and/or young adults in a church context
Is a strong leader, communicator and team-builder
Can develop innovative approaches to ministry and mission

Catering Manager (Part - Time)
Salary: £18,311 per annum (equivalent to hourly rate £13.78)
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week, 44 weeks per year
Location: Trinity Cheltenham
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Trinity Cheltenham is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Catering Manager to lead our catering provision and support our mission of serving the community through generous hospitality.
This varied role combines hands-on catering, volunteer leadership, food safety management, and community partnership development. You'll oversee catering for church groups and events, outreach initiatives, and maintain high food hygiene standards, manage budgets and supplies, recruit and support volunteers, and help develop relationships with local organisations and food providers.
We're looking for someone with:
At least 3 years' experience in a catering or commercial kitchen environment
A Level 3 Food Hygiene & Safety qualification (or equivalent)
Experience leading teams or volunteers
Strong organisational and communication skills
A passion for hospitality, food service, and community outreach
