Team Rector
Trinity & St Paul’s, Cheltenham
Trinity is a large, vibrant, charismatic evangelical Anglican church working in close partnership with St Paul’s, as two distinct churches with a shared spiritual DNA and missional vision. The churches are diverse, multi-generational and growing, with a wide reach. The Bishop, Patronage Board and PCCs are looking to appoint an exceptional and experienced candidate to be the senior leader at Trinity and to oversee the Team Ministry and large staff team. The next Team Rector will be a man or woman who:
Is passionate about Jesus and making disciples & loves God’s word and presence
Is a wise, mature, courageous and humble leader of leaders and familiar with the dynamics and challenges of leading a large church
Can lead in discerning fresh vision and strategy for a new season of growth and can steward healthy church culture which is
Spirit-filled, creative and safe
Is an excellent communicator and has significant experience of leading ministry in the power of the Spirit
Will contribute to the life of the Diocese and Deanery

Catering Manager
Location: Trinity Cheltenham
Job Type: Part-time (0.8 FTE, 30 hours weekly over 44 weeks)
Salary: £18,311 per annum (equivalent to hourly rate £13.78)
Closing Date: Wednesday 20th May 2026
Much of Jesus' ministry and teaching revolved around meals and the table. At Trinity, we consider the provision of food and hospitality to be a key part of our ministry. We are looking for someone who shares that same passion for food service and community outreach in this way.
You will be leading a team implementing and coordinating all aspects of catering and food provision required to support the needs of our various ministries. You will deliver high-quality food service whilst maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. You will have experience of catering in a busy kitchen, working with volunteers along with strong organisational and excellent communication skills. Your joy for life and willingness to look for the best in people will shine through.
Preparing and cooking food for weekly groups and one-off events
Implementing and monitoring all aspects of delivering food in compliance with Health and Safety legislation
Liaise with ministry leaders to meet their catering requirements ensuring best value provision
Recruit and lead a catering team to support Trinity’s ministries
Build on and sustain our key partnerships with local organisations and food companies
Skills and Experience
Minimum three years catering in a busy kitchen
Minimum three years experience in Food Safety management
Experience of leading a team of volunteers
Experience in developing strategic partnership with key organisations
Experience in working with and serving vulnerable guests
Strong organisational and time management skills
Passion for food service and community outreach
Ability to work and manage role with flexibility
