Trinity is looking to fill three roles as below:
Assistant Kids Pastor
Location: Trinity Cheltenham
Job Type: Part-time (0.5 FTE, 19.5 hours weekly)
Salary: £13,260 per annum (equivalent to hourly rate £13.07)
Closing Date: Sunday 31st July 2025
At Trinity, we are passionate about consistently pursuing Jesus and His kingdom, being attentive to the Spirit and rooted in the Bible. We focus everything we do around prayer and worship. We are looking for someone equally passionate about Jesus who will embrace our core values and seek to communicate and demonstrate the gospel with our children. If you are excited about investing in children and building relationships with them to help them grow and develop as followers of Jesus, then this could be the role for you!
Some Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the Kids Pastor to plan and implement the Sunday curriculum.
To help raise children who are faith filled, spirit led and word shaped.
Build positive, supportive relationships with the children.
Provide regular training and resources for our team of volunteers
Support and care for parents as they nurture their children’s growing faith at home.
Provide necessary administrative support to the Kids Ministry.
Help provide pastoral care and safeguarding oversight for Kids aged 0-11 directly connecting with Trinity Cheltenham.
Be a part of planning our All Age celebrations (around 6 a year).
Support and be a part of the Whistlestop team (our toddler group)
Support our Kids drama, dance and Alpha groups (Year 3-6) that run during the Autumn and Spring terms.
Help to plan and oversee all ministry events, socials and gatherings throughout the year.
Help to continue strong links with Holy Trinity School.
Skills and Experience:
A mature and resilient faith in Jesus, rooted in responsiveness to the Spirit and sustained through robust patterns of prayer, scripture and personal discipleship.
Experience of working with younger children.
A heart in particular for 0 - 4 year olds.
Experience of working collaboratively with others and maintaining healthy, working relationships.
A willingness to learn from others.
Someone who thinks creatively and with vision.
Approachable, reliable and takes initiative.
Good relationship skills with children and adults.
Good communication skills-written and verbal.

Media and Communications Coordinator
Location: Trinity Cheltenham
Job Type: Part-time (0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours weekly)
Salary: £15,835 per annum (equivalent to hourly rate £13.53)
Closing Date: Sunday 10th August 2025
We are looking for a brilliantly organised leader with creative and relational qualities to become our new Media and Communications Coordinator. This exciting role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a fantastic team to enhance and expand our media, marketing and online presence. In this role you will help to shape and implement an engaging communications strategy for our church whilst enabling ministry leaders to effectively communicate and promote projects and events. In partnership with skilled creatives, you'll offer leadership, collaboration and creative direction to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality media content.
If you're passionate about using media and creativity to inspire and connect with a community, while empowering those around you to do their best work, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a church-wide communications strategy in collaboration with leadership
Coordinate the management of social media accounts, website updates, and digital content creation
Coordinate marketing campaigns, track performance and recommend improvements
Lead the media team and external providers to deliver high-quality content and coordinate all communications and marketing efforts.
Skills and Experience:
Strong organisational, leadership and project management skills
Experience in media, digital communications, or public relations.
Proficient with social media, website management (Squarespace or similar), and digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
A creative, relational approach with the ability to work flexibly
A strong Christian faith and understanding of the Charismatic Church’s mission

Catering Manager
Location: Trinity Cheltenham
Job Type: Part-time (0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours weekly across 44 weeks)
Salary: £13,394.70 per annum (equivalent to hourly rate £13.53)
Closing Date: Sunday 31st July 2025
Much of Jesus' ministry and teaching revolved around meals and the table. At Trinity, we consider the provision of food and hospitality to be a key part of our ministry. We are looking for someone who shares that same passion for food service and community outreach in this way.
You will be leading a team implementing and coordinating all aspects of catering and food provision required to support the needs of our various ministries. You will deliver high-quality food service whilst maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. You will have experience of catering in a busy kitchen, working with volunteers along with strong organisational and excellent communication skills. Your joy for life and willingness to look for the best in people will shine through.
Some Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking food for weekly groups and one-off events
Implementing and monitoring all aspects of delivering food in compliance with Health and Safety legislation
Liaise with ministry leaders to understand and coordinate catering requirements ensuring best value provision whilst maintaining cost control
Recruit and lead a catering team to support Trinity’s ministries
Build on and sustain our key partnerships with local organisations and food companies
Skills and Experience
Minimum three years catering in a busy kitchen
Minimum three years experience in Food Safety management
Experience of leading a team of volunteers
Experience in developing and sustaining strategic partnership with key organisations
Strong organisational and time management skills
Passion for food service and community outreach
Experience in working with and serving vulnerable guests
