Location: Trinity Cheltenham

Job Type: Part-time (5 hours weekly across Tuesday morning & Friday morning, working 44 weeks across the year)

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Closing Date: Sunday 12th October

Trinity is a large charismatic evangelical church based in the centre of Cheltenham with a mission purpose ‘to make committed followers of Jesus who change communities and nations for Him’. Much of Jesus' ministry and teaching revolved around meals and the table. At Trinity, we too consider the provision of food and hospitality to be a key part of our ministry. We are therefore looking for someone who will assist our catering manager in delivering high quality food service & adhering to food safety regulations. You will have some experience of catering in a busy kitchen. Your joy for life and willingness to look for the best in people will shine through.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking of food for weekly groups and one-off events

• Implementing and monitoring all aspects of delivering food in compliance with Health and Safety legislation

Skills and Experience

• 1 year experience of catering in a busy kitchen

• Level 2 of Food Hygiene & Safety (training can be provided)

• Passion for food service and community outreach
