Creative Media Developer & Designer
Trinity Cheltenham
Trinity Cheltenham is looking for a Creative Media Developer & Designer to help tell the story of what God is doing in and through our church. This role sits within our Media & Communications team and plays a key part in shaping Trinity’s digital presence and visual identity. We’re looking for an enabling and organised designer who loves collaboration, pushing creative boundaries and is excited to use their skills to serve the life, mission and community of a vibrant church.
The role includes:
Creating engaging visual and digital content for ministries, social media, website, events and Sunday gatherings
Photography and videography at church events and celebrations
Designing graphics, presentations and on-screen media
Managing and growing Trinity’s social media presence with creativity and consistency
Collaborating with staff, ministry leaders and volunteers on creative projects
Helping to develop new creative ideas and media initiatives aligned with Trinity’s vision
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a strong eye for design and a passion for digital media and storytelling
Understands social media platforms, digital culture & media trends
Is organised, flexible and able to manage multiple projects
Is servant-hearted, collaborative, enthusiastic and a team player
Hours & location:
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly around core hours
Annual Salary: £27,051
Based at Trinity Cheltenham, with some flexibility for home working
Occasional evenings and regular half-day on Sundays on site

Life Groups Assistant Pastor
Location: Trinity Cheltenham
Job Type: Part-time (0.4 FTE, 15 hours weekly)
Salary: £11,044 p.a.
Closing Date: Sunday 29th March 2026
Trinity Cheltenham is seeking someone who has a passion for the growth and development of Life Groups and is able to give the necessary support in this vital ministry area at the heart of the church.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for
Giving practical and pastoral support to the Life Groups’ Leadership Team
Helping to coordinate, support and develop Life Groups in line with Trinity’s vision
Helping to nurture spiritually healthy Life Groups where discipleship, pastoral care and spiritual formation can flourish.
Some Specifics
Practical:
Helping to enable a ‘mixed economy’ of different styles of groups
Providing practical and administrative support to existing LG Leaders
Promoting and encouraging Life Group participation within the church
Maintain and developing appropriate systems to facilitate the process of integration
Help to provide Life Group training and resources
Organising regular gatherings of LG Leaders
Contribute to ensuring that Safeguarding policies and procedures are being followed
Pastoral:
Caring for and supporting LG Leaders
Offering pastoral guidance and assistance when needed
Participating in pastoral conversations where deeper spiritual support is required
Discerning and nurturing pastoral gifting within LG Leaders and helping identify and encourage emerging leaders
Championing a culture of discipleship, love and mission
Developing strategic rhythms and structures to strengthen and encourage LG Leaders
Being a visible and accessible pastoral presence with the Trinity community particularly for those seeking to connect in Life Groups
