Race Week at Trinity

Every year Cheltenham Racecourse hosts the “Cheltenham Festival”

This means that lots of race goers descend upon the town. It’s an amazing event but it also comes with challenging issues, a significant one being human trafficking. We believe it’s our moment to step in with prayer and action. Below are the two ways you can join us this year…

  • Tuesday 10 March || 4.45pm-6:30pm

    From March 10th, the town will host our annual horse racing festival which attracts tens of thousands of visitors. Whilst there’s lots of fun and celebration, there is a darker side to it as human trafficking intensifies across the local area. 

    We will be handing out doughnuts and flyers outside the church building to raise awareness about human trafficking from 4:45pm to approx 6:30pm on Tuesday 10th March.

  • Tuesday 10th, Wednesday 11th,  Thursday 12th March || 12.30pm

    Meeting at 12:30pm for briefing and prayer at Trinity House foyer before heading onto the streets for half an hour to pray. Followed by a debrief back at Trinity House at 1:15pm
